Groups & multiple devices

Control several LED light sets at once with group control in the ideal LED App, or fine-tune each device individually.

If you have more than one set of lights, the ideal LED App lets you control them together in groups or adjust each one on its own.

Why use groups

Grouping is ideal when you want several light sets — for example a tree, a window and a wall strip — to show the same color or effect at the same time, controlled with a single tap.

Create and control a group

Make sure all the light sets you want are paired.
Open the group/device management screen.
Add the light sets you want to control together.
Apply a color, effect or rhythm, and the whole group reacts as one.

Control a single device

You can also select any individual light set to give it its own color or effect, independent of the group.

Some hardware controls multiple connected sets as one group by design. If you'd prefer each set to behave independently, pair and address them separately. For connection issues with multiple sets, see Troubleshooting.
